Dr. Thomas has represented clients in international arbitrations under a variety of arbitral rules, such as the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and others.  Dr. Thomas recently served as an arbitrator in a Brazilian arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Câmara de Arbitragem Empresarial – CAMARB.

Dr. Thomas spoke on the topic Obtaining Documents in Arbitration: What is Your Strategy? at the Fifth International Congress on Arbitration in São Paulo, Brazil.

In June 2012 Dr. Thomas participated in the International Chamber of Commerce’s Masterclass for Arbitrators in Paris.
